- analysis of the present and past tax situation of the seafarer and assessment of potential risks related thereto
- proceedings regarding the limitation of income tax advances
- preparing applications for the individual interpretations of tax law
- various tax proceedings regarding e.g. verification of sources of income, verification of correctness of tax returns or claims for return of the overpaid taxes
- tax consultations for seafarers and officers, as well as for their employers
We also prepare legal opinions regarding taxation and social insurance of Polish seafarers for shipowners, crew managers and crew agencies.
